"Celebrates drop to 2% inflation". Unless there is negative inflation every year for at least a decade there is nothing to celebrate. It's like if a country in a war would say : we celebrate a drop of 5% in the number of people killed in our war, down to 95'000 this year. There is still 195k people ...
