They really struggle to adapt to new developments here. They are about 2 to 3 years behind. But they have already regulated everything by law. Employees need an AI license just to use AI. I have not heard of any mass layoffs here because of AI. Only because of high energy prices and companies moving their operations to cheaper countries.
