Agree with all! Though, much found in a vegan diet has to be processed (like cooked) in order to digest, or have very little relative nutritional value. But getting rid of all the hyper processed stuff is a great step for all.

Anything you can eat raw is probably good for you (as long as you have a good or no reaction to it).

Much data supporting vegan diet comes from animals that eat their own poop to give a second shot at extracting maximal nutrients. Data doesn’t apply to humans. No one way of eating is the best for all members of an entire species.

You can take vit b12 daily with vegan diet and that will lower the side effects of feeling down and not having enough energy with consuming strictly vegan food. We suggest these for pt’s on vegan/vegetarian strict diets @jack

all you need is rice; clean-energy: higher-productivity. ( non-diseased; non-zombie; non-parasitic ); chipotle / subway has really gold clean-energy inputs relative to diseased-organix.
