Re-entry to real life after an epic vacation can be hard.

I’m back home in the serene nature of Madison, WI. 🌳

And I’m practicing contentment this morning by noticing the beauty of my backyard nature here where I call home for now…

BUT tbh my heart still aches for the jungle of Costa Rica after the amazing @Jungle Biomechanics retreat!

I’m learning the discipline of being content no matter your circumstances. And it’s deep work but good work. 💛
