I am the patriarchy of my family.

Many will balk at that statement, but my wife and daughters love and respect me enough to gladly follow my lead.

That does not mean I am perfect, as I often make mistakes. That is why I LISTEN to them and take their perspectives into account.

But at the end of the day, whether I go with their suggestion or not, the responsibility for the outcome rests on my shoulders, as God intended.

Men: Lead by sacrificial service and loving, prayerful, shepherding of your home, not lording it over those under your charge, but lead you must.

Patriarchy by consent is still patriarchy, a relic of oppressive social hierarchy, reinforced by the likes of Gates and Rockefeller-funded gender roles.
