:GM: 💜, I am so happy with the result of my new raw, vegan apple cake. The apple tree in our garden provides me with an incredible number of apples. No one else touches them!!! This is truly strange!!!???!!! How can humanity just ignore nature’s abundance like that??? ...
So, for now, I’m making apple chips, apple fruit leather, and apple pie. All raw of course.

One thing for the chips and the fruit leather: a little lemon water on the apple slices before they dry keeps them from going brown, and a whisper of salt makes them taste sweeter, so you need less sweetener. Enjoy the haul.
