yeah, it's usually a sign of immune load, in my case, it's teh combination of celiac, and decades of alcohol and smoking. there can be other causes but if you look up "red mange" or "demodecidosis" the "parasite" is not really a problem normally, it's when the whole system is broken that its lifesty...
