I'm still messing around with #Obsidian on my PC. While I don't see a specific benefit to using it over another text editor, I don't see any major drawbacks either, so I'm tagging my existing markdow...
Here's my #Obsidian graph right now. The green dots are tags, the white dots are the actual markdown files.
The only way the files are connected presently is via tags. I haven't really wrapped my head around when I would be linking files to each other yet. I understand tagging descriptors.
My plug-ins right now are Tag Wrangler, OmniSearch, and Recent Files.
I still don't know what "frontmatter" means and haven't figured out how to start Obsidian (AppImage) maximized.
