It may seem obvious, but it’s worth stating: the United States has rather boldly reinforced Western Hemisphere energy security… we’ve sustained record domestic production, forcefully reopened access to Venezuelan oil supply & deepened our energy integration with Canada & Mexico.
The signal to the world… especially China & Europe is unmistakable…
