Market update:
Had a great day. Slowest of the six markets I’ve done so far, but still a solid hit rate with sales. A few people even sought me out after buying from me at a previous market, so I guess I’m starting to build some fans. That’s cool.
One customer brought her glass jar back, too, which means she gets $5 off her next order. Love seeing that little part of the business working as intended.
Couple people mentioned my bitcoin sign, and even had a conversation about it with a friend. She’s wanting to learn.
Oh, and I got rained on for the first time, so that was a new experience.
There was another market happening simultaneously today with hundreds of people and some awesome vendors - mostly painters, artists, and a bit of food. I spotted a sign saying one of the painters accepted Bitcoin, so naturally I turned around and went straight over to chat. We had a good conversation. They had my favorite work actually (didn’t take pics, doh).
All in all, a very solid day.
