Spouse has suggested an alternative to my "no one works for the David Crowley campaign" hypothesis.

He asked "what if they are just absolutely overwhelmed by angry Hong voters right now?"

That would explain the lack of campaign events. I HAVE been looking for them because I would soooo go to one, which means there are probably other Hong voters thinking the same thing.
