Fogging E85 into a diesel (à la water-meth) is a really interesting idea, but trucking companies are way too conservative to play around with that.

According to The Slop Machine, it's about 8% of the size of the gasoline market. So it's not "small", but it really doesn't take that many bean-counters making that many decisions before the arbitrage is gone.
