Linux isn't glibc, systemd, Wayland, PipeWire and KDE. It isn't the XDG desktop standards. Linux is a kernel and Linux distributions are the operating systems using it as a kernel.
Android apps are Linux apps. You can't easily run those without using AOSP. It's the same thing the other way around. Both are still Linux.
