So we can clear this up, simplex is this you? Is this not developed on some non-BTC platform like ETH? My bad for confusing this with your current fundraising round, but the general point still stands...

Community Credits are not tokens or coins, they are a smart contract for prepaid access. This are planned ot be developed on some smart-contract enabled chain, with the current likely candidate being Polkadot, but Ethereum-based L2 chain is also a technical possibility - it depends on availability of cheap zero-knowledge proofs. Our goal is to have under $0.1 cost for 3-4 transactions with zero-knowledge proofs. Bitcoin and Bitcoin-based solutions can't provide it in a non-custodial way.

This is the whitepaper that explains the motivation and the design itself - it has technical, economical and regulatory constraints to satisfy: https://simplex.chat/credits/whitepaper.pdf

Crowdfunding is not for tokens - they are for an economic interest in the company ("the stake") - see the details on Wefunder: https://wefunder.com/simplex.chat

The Regulation Crowdfunding (Reg CF) doesn't allow sharing any terms - valuation, security type, how much is raised or planned to raise, any time limits - outside of the regulated platform, which is Wefunder in our case.

Thank you for clarifying. I am a big supporter of simplex and everything you have been doing, I wish you could build this token system on top of Bitcoin. Unfortunately I know Bitcoin doesn't support the programmability you need for it, which is a shame.
