Sometimes I find out some ridiculous piece of information that just makes me go "what the hell?" & this is one of those times.

Is it the most important thing? No, but it's confusing & irritating, & I'm wondering if I am somehow the FIRST person to fucking point this out.

Update: at some point this guy resigned from his county job, though the timeframe is not clear at all.
