Since yesterday, the number of ships crossing the Strait of Hormuz has been increasing. The figure is still only a small fraction of what it was before the war began, but it suggests that the Iranian regime is allowing passage through the strait only for vessels from nations it considers friendly, particularly China.

I do believe that what is happening is that the insurance companies are allowing ships to pass by maintaining cover.
