The Nostr experience in general for me has been slowly degrading (even aside from the lower engagement). That's not necessarily a criticism of Nostr, though. I kind of assume best...
It's alright, imo. My main mobile client (Damus) is slowly degrading to the point I'll have to abandon it and get used to another, but content-wise I still enjoy it.
I check out Twitter as a lurk once or twice a day, just for a bit, to get my film of news and drama, and feel I can truly see how warped it makes people and conversations/emotions. It's all very negative or contentious, and focused on whatever outrage du jour is...not to mention my feed is film of brain dead bs I don't even want to see (the for you section anyway).
