That's such a broad question it's almost impossible to answer. It depends what you're looking for, what your risk profile is, what attack vectors you want to protect yourself from, etc.

Just don't overcomplicate your setup with all kinds of profiles its a headache. If you can live basic, download a few essential open source apps and use Obtainium to keep them up to date. Just get it and make incremental improvements. Don't aim for perfection off the hop.
