A couple of weeks with my monitor-distance glasses and yeah it does definitely help smooth out the days when my eyes are tired. I sometimes forget to put them on for an hour if I’m having a good day...
@nprofile1q... Yeah, I resigned myself to monitor glasses about a year ago. I also have another set specifically for the phone. They're not that different, but enough to give me greater comfort for longer use.
I have a set of varifocals (which you can get at the supermarket now!) for traveling that can do both distances, but I don't like the peripheral distortion for longer-term use.
