He's still around evidently (even was at the White House yesterday apparently) but it sure seems like we aren't hearing as much from the SECRETARY OF STATE as you would expect right now.

In any case, it's absurd to say you want "negotiations" & then send someone that you have given no authority to negotiate anything at all. I believe the IR's delegation was something like 70 people in total, because in addition to the actual negotiators, they brought along a lot of experts. While I...
