@nprofile1q... I love spicy food (I am no longer allowed to eat it, though, due to health reasons). At an Indian restaurant in Iceland, they had the following scale: mild, Indian-mild, medium, Indian-medium, strong, Indian-strong. I discovered that Indian-medium was the level of spiciness I liked the most, although it would probably be too strong for the average European palate.
