Yeah, I think I understand the intention behind this, eg a CDN offloading its ipv4 endpoints over time, but
- non happy eyeballing clients will not see this
- HE clients already give high preference to ipv6
- telling clients they MUST NOT use ipv4, although the records are there and ipv6 hasn‘t responded yet, is silly. It will not be obeyed.💁🏻♂️
