bip-110's raison d'etre is to fight spam. Specifically, the limits it places on taproot OP_IF were to stop ordinals inscriptions in the first place.

I hear you on that point. I may support the BIP, but I also appreciate the code and brain it takes to make a work around. I think competition is healthy plus I am not being paid, nor receiving credit for the bip nor ordinals. So I am a free agent that roots for genius.
