It's true. For two months, I have done nothing but get enough sleep, stop eating out, reduce alcohol, exercise regularly, and walk 3 miles around a lake at sunrise or sunset. It's boring as fuck, but there is now 5% less of me, while actually carrying 2.5% more lean mass than when I started. My heart rate and blood pressure are starting to range down to normal levels too.
It's just boring and reptitive. I am trying to learn to fall in love with the boring repetition of consistent habits.
