Sacramental annotations are recorded only in the baptismal register, making the parish of baptism the formal religious registry for an individual. It should include notations for First Communion, Confirmation, marriage in the Church, and even death, plus a bunch of other ones if I had become a priest. I'm guessing Leo's was just annotated this past week.
