I love how only some of the planes produce contrails which evaporate in a minute and then some produce a magical type of contrail where the “ice” lingers in the air all day and spreads out to create a conspicuous haze. And it seems to happen in grid patterns on clear days over and over and over until the sky is hazy and a new color. That’s something I’ve never seen until I was out of high school, a new type of atmospheric phenomenon that materialized out of nowhere, that’s totally no big deal.
