I've heard somewhere that raw liver contains a lot of glycogen. That might help.

jigeritsa! yes, this is a good tip i might splash out on a couple things, some big bags of beef liver, some cheap random offcuts of beef, as in actual not fucking veal, and a mincer liver is hard to eat by itself but at about 20% mix in mince it's easy to take if i can find a decent source of fa...
