How did you login? nsec, remote signer? If you go into notifications, and then in the filter choose System Notifications, what do you see there? Do you see the post you attempted to do and failed status for all relays?

There is a big update just released now that improved compatibility with Amber when you're using QR code scanning. Make sure you have latest Amber installed.
