Gnosis Mycelium @GnosisMycelium · 40w BREAK AND SHAKE When the mycelium has colonized 10-20% I will shake the jar, this breaks up the mycelium into smaller pieces and allows for faster growth since the mycelium will be throughout the whole jar vs in an isolated area.
