They should obviously list both forks. Being silent to this date about something as important as this, is bad enough and will not be allowed in the future. This, if there is a future for exchanges… ...

It's not safe for both chains to exist (or be simultaneously supported) if there is no replay protection. Exchanges will keep running Core31 and follow the most difficult chain. Almost certainly knots won't get any blocks at all and will have to do a messy hard fork or it will just die. Soft forks only exist if you have the energy majority (i.e. soft means old clients will see the fork as valid even if not updated). The bip110 reality is neither temporary or soft. Attacking Bitcoin is hard and that is what bip110 has become so it will fail

Yes, agree: attacking bitcoin is hard. But it was done, nevertheless. Hats off to them! Bip110 is the defense, not the attack. Plebs will decide. Exchanges will too. And pay for their choices. This is bitcoin. No one to cry to when shtf.
