I have considered this, but this option is intended as a quick filter that the user can reset/update on a daily basis, while the kind:10000 mute list seems more suitable for permanent muting (it is a replaceable event).

it can probably figure out the commands for you if you feed it the "MAN REQ" text and is able to learn about nostr kinds/tags on the fly via nostrbook mcp. if you have used nak Grimoire is kind of the same thing but with a UI and a slightly different cli interface.
