You’re 100% correct. And all other clients do this..

1. Not sure what you mean.

2. Was there a warning when this happened on desktop? There is a warning dialogue because we have an issue somewhere and are not 100% why this happened.

3. We back up contact lists as part of primal premium. Have you used Nostur? They might have a backup.

We also back up your contact list.
