I was walking around this morning and had this thought that all around us is all cardboard. Nothing is real or built to last. Cardboard money cardboard car cardboard house cardboard relationships cardboard food as well. As my friend @nprofile1q... would probably say, this is the synthetic stack around us. If only we had something that would focus our energies for the long term and not for the short term.

Been carnivore for more than a year and feeling amazing. You don't have to be carnivore to be healthy just cut any carbs sugar seed oils and eat food without a barcode or package and already you'll be healthier than most people.
