I used to be a nighttime clencher, but I haven't in many years. I had a pretty bad migraine during the week and I'm still feeling the aftereffects "hangover" possibly a rebound headache. I'm trying to ignore it because I'm a believer in you can make it happen if you think on it too much.

Chicken or egg headache from teeth clenching or clenching teeth because of the headache 🤔🤷‍♀️. I think it's the latter because I'm just now noticing that I'm clenching but damn now my jaw hurts 🙄.

This one was just recipes, you make a menu and it puts all the ingredients you need into a grocery list (this was the feature that kept me using it). I'm really hopeful for zap cooking, they're implementing some of these features 🤞🤞

It's more an I like the convenience of it than an I need to have it 🤷‍♀️. On to the next phase of my cooking life 😂
