👀 I have had good luck with HEB, I haven't tried anywhere else. I always expect it to be screwed up, but I only had one thing not in my bag and got a refund right away.

I don't mind it if it isn't busy. Too many people and it is exhausting, introvert struggles. But the hubs hates it and needs very specific lists with quantities/brands/sizes because he doesn't know what I'm cooking, curbside has been a lifesaver for both of us 😂

Sugar/caffeine/electrolytes is a go to for me as well, none of my usual tricks are kicking it this time. I think it's the weather, we had another front move through. I'm doing some stretches and hoping it goes away. I have yarning to do!!

I'm not sure why it's lingering other than the weather has been crazy 🤷‍♀️. I had the heating pad on my upper back/shoulders last night thinking maybe that would help. It's more just irritating at this point but I can smell all the things with my migraines and it is not great 😐.

I'm so glad that curbside pickup is available these days, I can order the things I want and husband doesn't have to worry if he's getting the right things when I can't go grocery shopping. Side note this headache needs to go #byefelicia

🫂 I try to focus on the rainbows and sunshine of the world. It's so easy to get sucked in to the darkness and despair, it's why I make and share pretty (often silly) things.

Yes. I don't get them often anymore and usually not too bad, this one was just hanging in there for whatever reason. Agree with you on the puking.
