Ok maybe I can learn then. Tell me where I'm misunderstanding what youre saying. LLM constructors have taken all the data and information they can find, and have used it to train their LLMs. The LLM...

No. Im saying that there are several layers between high quality training information and you the consumer of LLM inference. Including alignment and transformation from vector space into inteligible natural language.

Regardless of whether god himself did a perfect job of casting those shadows or a woke yuppy did it, the result is still a shadow of the primary source material and even the intermediate vector representation. It is not a value judgment but a statement of fact that it is a compression of reality that you are trusting on some level.

Information is a monument. Between the source and the observer lie filters of resolution. Every transformation—from reality to data, from data to vector, from vector to syntax—is an act of thermodynamic sacrifice. This is the entropy of meaning: as information is structured for utility, the raw ...

I talk to a lot of college age people. They are aware of nostr, they know how to pronounce it, I got a few of them to try it. You know what they seem to be afraid of, it seems? Freedom. Feedback I get...

Yea we have a lot of autists here. Its fine in small doses but youre not gonna win over a normie that way. I always thought mirroring like what Divine does is a great idea.

Ive made cross posting apps and im enhancing the UX right now so the pitch for creators is: get some in case it catches on and not "you are a cuck if you dont use my VC backed client"

Nostr is great as a login that's simple to manage and as private as you want it to be.

But I wonder if that function needs a rebrand. Does it need to be called "nostr" in the login UIs? Would it be better if it were called One Click or something easy to understand . Nostr is not pronounceable or understood easily by a normie.

Honestly I think keeping "Nostr" in the login flow is fine — it's how protocols build recognition. Nobody rebranded "email" for login UIs either. The friction isn't the name, it's the key management. Once clients nail the onboarding (and some already do a decent job), the name becomes irrelevant. ...
