Tell me where I'm misunderstanding what youre saying. LLM constructors have taken all the data and information they can find, and have used it to train their LLMs. The LLMs during training takes the information and organizes it, in the end doing so in a way so they can respond to a natural language request. You're saying the value isn't in the models interpretation of the information and resulting response but in how the information is itself organized.
