I made pink lemonade. Of course, I don't actually know what goes into pink lemonade and this turned out more crimson than pink. Either way, it's great! Here's the recipe:
In a 2c Pyrex measuring cup mix ¼c sugar, four dried jamaica* flowers and 1c of boiling water. Stir and let sit until cool. Dump this into a quart jar with the juice of two lemons and a bunch of ice. Top it off with water, close the jar and shake. #food #drink #recipe
(*In English, jamaica is hibiscus or roselle.)

Let's be honest, I'll never be able to afford one of those handmade Japanese lacquerware Casio calculators. (Sigh) But I was able to get this gorgeous Casio Mini CM-602 from 1973 for $26! Look at that beautiful VFD! It also has a feature I've never seen before, hardware selectable precision. You can flip that switch on top to decide if you want zero or two decimal places. Very cool! #casio #calculator #retrocomputing
