This was more of a trade deal from everything I saw. They shut off the air defense and had him wrapped up in a now while the Chinese had the cuck chair. This is happening while the US is getting a CIA plant lined up for Ukraine to replace the MI6 puppet. US wants to unwind Ukraine instead of keep fighting until nuclear war.

This trade was publicly considered in 2023 with an option for Cuba. I'm not sure it's the same, but the US gets a kinda petrol dollar, Russia gets Black Sea access and maybe an Arctic trade deal, and China was just given the future consumer RAM market and chip access -- if that was related.
