To make sulfuric acid H2SO4 through the contact process you need vanadium pentoxide V2O5 catalyst. To make V2O5 you need nitric acid HNO3 to oxidize vanadium V. To make HNO3 you need sulfuric acid.

All of those except metallic vanadium is a restricted chemical here. God forbid a man has hobbies smh
