@nprofile1q... True, for sure an improvement. I'd say it could be farther improved by making grains, breads, pasta, rice, and beans run parallel to the meat and vegetables.

If feels like those are getting blame they don't deserve. There is a lot of poison and contamination in food. That is what makes people fat.

If you are eating clean, it is hard to get enough calories without those.

I have to eat a lot to hit 3,000 calories a day. And, I've been stuck at 165lbs even with that.
