@nprofile1q... I'm a DM in progress. I'm literally learning most if not all of human history behind 1700-1800AD, and the evolution of animals that goes along with such, so that I can accurately write lore characterizing races/ethnicities of animals to make the world of HK feel complete, with a fannon that the bugs kingdom had been held in by the plague and overrule in hk and silksong. As if animals became humanoid alongside humans and plants filled the animal roll and such. It'll be a world that's a decade in the making by the time it's done and I'll hate to hear and see any inaccuracies within it, spend hours fixing it, for the love of God, somewhere within my notes I've mapped out the inner city and interprovidence trains for trade and transport. Hopefully that world will last my folks many years, and maybe it'll become more than an inprofitable passion project. I think of armor on active warriors as 3 or 4 layers, it's more than a fireman puts on, it's more than a military man gears up for, it's insane.. and so cool.
