@nprofile1q... Yeah, the Mastodon post system is not the best for trying to find specific communications... When I talk to artists here for commissions, I keep everything on a single thread, but I don't know how helpful it is...

Have you tried using the Lists or Collections features to organise users with whom you have active commission discussions with? Might be helpful :blobshrug:
