It never ceases to amaze me how folks live in their own bubble with no consideration of others around them. As I sit here in a public lounge with a bunch of other peeps, this one guy with his headphones on has invited us all to his conference call.

I wonder how this would go if we all jumped on work calls.

"Stare at the wall"... oh the youngsters of today. We used these things called books....

That said, I think the a Gov-wide ban on social media for under 16 socialistic and limiting in today's connected world. Rather than banning it, how about we just educate kids about the pitfalls.

Say what you will AI, hate it or love it, it's here to stay. That said, it amazes me how many of my colleagues I see not using it to make their work easier. Despite having access to Claude, Gemini, Copilot, Codex... they are still writing code and docs from scratch. I mean... why? #ai

Digital as in not granular. 1 and 2 are digital numbers. Vinyl records were analogue, CDs were digital. They also use binary gradients, i.e. ISO, 100,200, 400 800 and 1600 are based on the binary system: 1,2,4,8,16. i.e. a 4 bit binary number can represent 16 variables, 0 - 15.
