I am feeling overwhelmed by social media. Also I feel like if you wanna make you business successful you have to be constantly posting.

Society constantly demands that we be good mothers, good daughters, good wives, good students, good entrepreneurs or workers, and so on.
But... how do you feel about all that pressure from others?
Learning to listen to yourself, to what your body is asking, that inner voice that tells you, "not that way, better this other way," but that you try to silence due to fear of what others will say or what will happen...
