I’ve come across this several times getting involved with various non-profit organizations. They don’t have the all of the information of the domain registration, hosting, and websites saved in a shared known location. It’s always some guy not really involved anymore and is not cooperative. In Adam’s case, literally a heart attack away from being locked out. Let alone his family’s issues. Yes, use Bitwarden and routinely export the passwords and put them in a safety deposit box.
