Yeah. Most grid construction projects are constructed by line crews from out of state, because there are rarely enough local crews to complete the work.

The shortest lead times we’re being quoted for electrical equipment is 28 weeks. Long lead times are up to 70 weeks.

Dispatchable loads and generation are super valuable for grid stability, but that only matters if the wires are connected.

Repair and construction timelines for grid infrastructure are mostly constrained by materials and labor availability, right now.
