@nprofile1q... If you want a place to freely share your AI assisted content without rules requiring to tag it, I can give you an invite to burggit where you are free to do so.
@nprofile1q... there will always be a log of all actions taken against you. Just because your appeal was accepted doesn’t mean it is wiped from record. Furthermore, if you were still shadowbanned, this post would not be on the live feed.
@nprofile1q... your account is not suspended. If that was the case you would not be able to post this at all. You were reported for failing to disclose AI in your drawings, but you went back and added the #AI tags to them so your appeal was accepted.
@nprofile1q... sorry I am not understanding the question. You are still allowed to post NSFW, you just don’t have to do anything now whenever you upload NSFW art because the post will automatically be marked as sensitive content by default.
As a reminder, you can leave blank the text field box where it says “Content warning (optional)”
The only time it is required that you write something in this field box is when your uploaded NSFW media contains 3DCG or any extreme content (guro, gore, vore, excrement, toddlercon, etc)
Leave the ⚠️ highlighted and on if you are uploading NSFW.
This change is to ensure better compliance with ensuring that NSFW content is only accessed by adults when a post is viewed publicly without being logged in.
I realize many users have muscle memory with manually turning on the sensitive content marker, but please get used to being already on by default.
Check that it is enable at the bottom of your settings here:
We have changed it so that whenever you upload media, the post composition form will automatically mark your content as sensitive by default. You can see this is in effect because the ⚠️ icon beneath the uploaded content is highlighted blue.
If your uploaded content is in fact SFW, you may simply unclick the ⚠️ icon to remove the content warning. Be aware that only SFW posts are allowed on the trending timeline here:

@nprofile1q... sure, I don’t dispute that. Nude photography is also an art form of its own and yet I ban it on baraag.
I cannot thank you enough for your artful translation of the baraag rules into Russian and I realize I am a hypocrite for clarifying my stance against undisclosed AI usage when I resorted to machine translation prior without disclosing it myself.
