@nprofile1q... I was the same most of my life as well, and if I went back in time to talk to my older self I am sure they would be surprised to see me now as a gym rat.

What helped me to start my fitness journey was to turn my workouts into a game of sorts. For example I would build a music playlist with a specific BPM of 145-150 and run the treadmill to the rhythm of the song that was playing, timing it so that my foot lands to the beat of the music.

@nprofile1q... Later I would move on from treadmill for cardio and started pursuing boxing for both cardio + resistance training, but I still transferred the rhythm game concept to it by striking the punching bag to the beat.

After having done this routinely for so many years, I no longer make use of this method because my workouts have become so habit forming without any need to make it a game

@nprofile1q... I am able to see when users last logged in to know if they would respond based on their recent activity. I wanted to put an end to the rumors and suspicions bogging up the report queue, and so I confronted @nprofile1q... to publicly address it.

The fact of the matter is that I kept repeatedly getting reports on you using AI. I needed you to address this publicly to put an end to it.

@nprofile1q... very well. I apologize for the very serious accusation. I am on edge lately with artists refusing to disclose AI assistance in their works, and the discrepancy in such a short time span was a major red flag that I wanted you to publicly address.
