AFoG's value proposition is a boarderless game tournament platform that pays winners with BCH.

It can attract competitors in many ways (comunity, prize money, etc).

On the prize money side, I think businesses must make an investment (marketing expense) and sponsor the tournaments that they think will get more eyes on their brand.

And it's a great onboarding tool as well.

BCH has AFoG and BCH Guru, both can be used creatively as marketing tools. Unfortunately both are also criminally under explored.

BCH Guru, even now, can be used to do Mattress Mack style marketing campaigns.

I've done a small scale version once and it worked.

I've also sponsored a game tournament on AFoG and the creator was nice enough to share my promotion on his social media groups.

Agree, they should be running FundMe campaigns for tournament sponsor-ships.

Was this a post or a reply to someone because this “post” is showing up on my feed as a top level post without any indication it’s part of a conversation? I’ve seen this a couple of times now where posts in the feed seemed out of place.

Great initiative.

Users "bidding" for BTC's scarce block space sounds like classic monopoly per Hoppe: artificial restriction on output (tx throughput) to raise prices (high tx fees) & lower quality (congestion).

This is a great tip, thanks. I love contributing to the JOGs efforts!
