Amazing interview @Marty Bent. For anyone living in Canada, you’ll find a tool like this on your provincial government’s webpage. It’s a searchable list of who the FOIP coordinator is for any agency or public servant that you want to obtain publicly available information about. Here’s a clean link to an example from Alberta for instance.

Once you find out who the relevant coordinator is, you can make your request.

I have found the carnivore lifestyle, almost 19 months now. It's done wonders for my Crohn's disease symptoms. I definitely need to work out more than I do already. No alcohol, it's never really been my thing. I'm just hoping I'm better this next 10 years than I was the previous 10. Cheers bud!
